Hi, I'm Courtney.

I'm a Realtor and apartment locator here in Austin, and I love helping people find a home that fits their life, whether they're moving across town or across the country.

I believe finding an apartment should feel personal, not overwhelming. That's why every search I do starts with a real conversation. Before I recommend a single community, I want to understand your budget, your timing, where you'll be spending your days, and what would make a place feel like home.

From there, I do the research. I look into communities that fit, check current specials, and help you compare the real costs. Together, we narrow the search to a few great options worth touring. If you're local, we can meet in person. If you're moving from out of town, I'll guide you remotely every step of the way.

And because I'm a licensed Realtor, I'm here for what comes next too: rental homes, buying your first home, or selling when it's time for a change.
